Havebike used Seedrs to take £571k of 360 investors in summer 2021. Now the operation is is in Administartion with huge debts.
Ignoring what the Founder of Havebike Nick Brown did with all that cash in under 12 months, this debacle is a clear example of how investors are being entirely misled. A fact that means Seedrs are breach of their FCA licence.
