We spoke to the Founder Alex Hunter. He gave everything to the Gull he told us and its was killed by Covid.
At the very end of 2017, Alex Hunter was successful in persuading over 200 investors to put £225k into his venture Bonnie Gull Holdings. Bonnie Gull was a seafood restaurant business which intended to expand its offer and introduce a new chippy concept Salt'n'Sauce with the funds.
